Building Resilience: Risk Mitigation Strategies for CRE Investors

In today’s commercial real estate environment, investors face a combination of rising interest rates, inflation pressures, and global uncertainty. Managing risk effectively has become one of the most important skills for developers, family offices, and institutional investors.

In this webinar, Waikiki Paulino and I discuss practical strategies for building resilience into commercial real estate investments. We cover how thoughtful due diligence, disciplined contingency planning, and flexible financing structures can help investors navigate volatile market conditions while protecting long-term returns.

We also explore operational risk management and the importance of project oversight, including the use of tracking systems, vendor accountability, and proactive communication to prevent costly delays and budget overruns.

For investors, developers, and CRE professionals looking to strengthen their investment approach, this session provides actionable frameworks for identifying risks early and structuring deals that can perform across multiple market cycles.
